Aircraft compatibility

Simple support tiers.

EDPro works across aircraft. Some aircraft have specific door or ramp support, while the H145 with Action Pack and Taog's Hangar AS365 family have deeper integration. Other aircraft can still be used with generic simulator door-command attempts where relevant.
